Cancellation and No–Show Policy

At Momentum Health, we understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation policy. In order to provide our clients with the best service and availability and fairness to our customers we require a minimum of 48 hour’s notice if you need to cancel, make changes or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations:
    If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the full treatment fee will be charged.

  • No-Show’s:
    Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will incur a full treatment charge.

  • Changes to Appointments:
    Momentum Health reserves the right to accept to choose any changes to your appointment. Any changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in a full treatment fee being charged.
